Student Ethics & Anti-Harassment Programs

Our mission is to foster an accepting, safe, and civil environment which supports the academic process and student affairs goals through

1. An educational campus judicial system,

2. A network of supportive resources for victims of bias-motivated incidents and other types of abuse, and

3. Leadership and resources to enhance multicultural understanding. While our mission is focused on the IU student, we know that initiatives implemented within the unit are felt in the community at large, thereby extending our impact.

Our Programs and Services:

Campus Judicial System
The Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct sets out the standards to which all students at IU are held accountable. Each student is given a printed copy, and it can also be reviewed online. The Procedures for Bloomington Campus, which govern the administration of the Campus Judicial System at IU Bloomington, are also available online. For questions about reporting acts of student misconduct, incidents of sexual assault, or other types of victimization, write to ethics@indiana.edu or call 855-5419.

Racial, GLBT, Religious Bias, and Gender Incidents Teams
